Hey.

I've got a couple of worthwhile plugs here from some readers who need yours and my help.

If you can do anything to help them out, excellent. That's what Uncle Bob is all about...helping others.

If not...well hey. You suck. You'll get a real update tomorrow.

This first one is about a little girl named Erynn in Maryville, Tennessee. She's not asking for much at all and if you can help her out, you've made a little girl's day. Possibly even her week. I don't want to say you've made her month, because let's face it...kids have short attention spans. But let's all put a smile on a little girl's face...okay?

Erynn's class has a project going on called "Flat Stanley"...basically a letter was sent out and it was supposed to be forwarded to different states. The letter explains the the "letter" is a flat representation of the student. People that receive the letter are supposed to send a postcard into the school saying where the student has traveled.
Well, most of the kids in the class have over 20 postcards. Erynn has THREE.
So, basically I'm begging anyone that's willing to send a postcard representing "Flat Erynn" and what states she's traveled to. Most of the postcards say something along the lines of "Flat Erynn is in Mississippi today, she visited *name land mark of your choice*" That type of thing.
Much appreciated to anyone willing to send a postcard for the munchkin, it's really upsetting her that she has barely any compared to the rest of her classmates. If you have any friends or family members that might be willing to send one as well, please forward this info. She only has a few weeks left in the project.

ETA: Erynn's mother asked me to remove her address for reasons that someone like me was too stupid to realize. The important thing to know is...Erynn kicked booty on this with our help.

The second is a plea to help those suffering from breast cancer. We've all been touched by cancer either personally or by someone we know. If you can, help Jenn out.

I have a favor to ask. See, I am collecting bras and a $5 donation for Breast Cancer awareness. This subject is dear to my heart, you know, because I have breasts and all. As well as knowing many who have breast cancer.
