I wouldn't be interested in knowing what the others answers would be! (Geez, I'm mean!) :oP

Yay! The covetted first comment is mine! I agree about the slow-ass drivers in the passing lane. Do they not realize that people are flying up behind them, swerving around, and somehow ending up in front of them? I also hate non-signallers too. Is it so hard to give me some warning as to your intentions to cut infront of me? Bastards.

shit. It WAS the first one when I started writing. Sneaky sneaky not Cindy Crawford person. :(

A Camaro? UB lived in the Deep South and drove a Camaro? And BTW, wasn't the Berlinetta considered a 'girlie car'? What's up with that? Is there something you're not telling us about your earlier days? I'd like to know what BigPimpinMBA's position is on this...
-------------------------------
Bing - 2005-01-12 09:37:41
Yep, the Berlinetta was the car for girls and men who liked to suck cock like a girl. The Z28 was the real deal.

Squeakster - 2005-01-12 09:53:28
I think all bad drivers, especially fast lane slow drivers, should be cited via cell phone by ordinary citizens. It would take a minimum of 5 reported violations of the same nature on the same day for the citation to stick and be payable. This would preclude angry drivers handing out citations without merit. Two citations in a week and you are banned from the fast lane for 1 year. I can't imagine the depopulated town bit. Reminds me too much of a movie I saw when I was a kid (also similar to several Twilight Zone episodes). Ghost town creepy. I dig people, not necessarily lots of them, but I dig 'em. Big Ups on the Berlinetta, my first car was a Chevy Bel Aire. The Impala imposter. I still haven't lived it down but I wasn't walkin' either bro!

Uncle Bob, I've seen chocolate covered chex mix in Target - it's called "winter mix" chex mix, and it is awesome.

Suuuuure, FAQs from readers. Uh-huh. Otherwise known as a very sneaky way to pass off a survey as an entry. I'm on to you, UB, like a Depends on an elder's ass.

Dave - 2005-01-12 14:09:00
You know, I remember when I was younger they actually had a recipe on the chex box for chocolate covered chex mix. I think they were called "Muddy Buddies". My mom and I made them once and they were ok, but a real pain in the ass. They may have pulled the recipe because it was causing heart attacks or something.

Squeakster: That is the best idea I have ever heard in my life.

Juan Manuel Fangio - 2005-01-12 16:38:02
Several years ago I thought up a variation on Squeakster's idea that I thought sounded like it was more fun. Every year when you get your car registration you also get an air-powered gun which shoots bright orange flags with suction cups on the flag pole. When you see someone driving like an idiot you roll down the window and stick a flag to his car. If a cop spots a car with 5 or more flags on it, the driver gets a "driving like a dumbass" ticket and fine. It would help to relieve the offended driver's road rage to shoot at the idiot's car and the flags would serve as a warning to other drivers to stay out of the idiot's way. Alternately, we could pass legislation to allow us to shoot REAL guns at other drivers. But that would be wrong...I guess.

Wah! My current home, Eugene, OR, was your worst travel experience?! Well, yeah, it does rain/sleet a lot here...but that's the flip side of having few days above 85 degrees. And, yes, the drive into town from the airport is ugly...by day, too, but then at least you can see the sign outside the adult video store that says "harmless visual stimuli," which is always good for a laugh. Oh, well, at least you were able to see its beauty once the trauma had worn off....

Rita - 2005-01-12 22:54:27
I, too, was saddened that UB had a "worst travel experience" here in beautiful Eugene, Babs. BUT...I think it must be taken into consideration that WHEREVER he was that his new child was NOT would have been hellish for him. And the rain? Well, the gloriousness of our spring, green and succulent with rhododendron and azaleas dripping color over every vista...that's what makes the rains bearable. Sleet...we get it or snow, what?...maybe once every two or three years? Always remember when the rain gets you down, Babs--you don't have to SHOVEL rain. Well, unless it leads to a big mudslide like what happened in California earlier this week.

FYI... I think Las Vegas would be pretty lame, less the breaking into vaults thing, if no one else was here. I mean, we're known for naked womens. What the hell kind of town would it be without the naked womens...oh, sure, you have the billboards of the naked womens, but that's hardly the same.

Has no one introduced Uncle Bob to the wonders of Puppy Chow? (Not the dog food. Go to AllRecipes.com and search "puppy chow". DEFINETELY not the same thing)

UB - just wanted to let you know that I'm on The Surreal Life doing crazy stuff life being a huge perv, getting wasted, riding scooters naked and peeing on walls. Would thoroughly enjoy a write-up from you on TWOP. What gives?

IDIOTS! - 2005-01-13 12:01:24
um believe it or not, IV:XX, people in the south DO drive Cameros, & BMWs, & Jags, Hummers, Mercedes, Vipers, you name it, we drive it. Thanks for being so simple minded.
-------------------------------
Luke Duke - 2005-01-13 14:45:46
I live in the South, and I've never seen a Camero. Is that a 2 door Chevy with a gun rack in the window and a Rebel flag painted on the roof?
-------------------------------
IV:XX - 2005-01-13 14:52:18
Luke, I think IDIOTS! is referring to the venerable Camaro. In fact, I used to own a Camaro. (1967 convertible, 327 small block, 3 speed on the floor, factory air.) So I've seen plenty of them. I've just never seen a Berlinetta driven by a straight male. Asshole I'm sayin'.

Sarah - 2005-01-13 15:56:59
Tenshi mentioned what I was going to-- Puppy Chow! It's chocolate, it's Chex, it's a common snack for Girl Scout troops (where I had my first sampling almost 20 years ago). It's really easy to make, too.. Mmmm...

erica - 2005-01-13 18:22:21
Squeakster has an interesting idea, but then you have idiots looking @ citations on cell phones while driving...I'm not sure it will fix everything.
