Chiliburgers sound great. I have TIVO, and I love it. I understand your "machine-love"

Wow there, buddy. Wow. It's the kid that's supposed to do those kinds of food experiments, not the father!

oh suuuure... wave a new tech thingy in my face and it isn't available here! oh well... I'll stick to my dish. Cable is so sucky here because of the buried lines and our snow load. It's off more than it's on. I sure would have liked to witness the burger melting.

Mix some chili seasoning into the hamburger patties, and cook the hamburger patties ... Then you can crumble the meat and mix it with everything else to make your chili version of sloppy joes ... OR you should just leave the patties whole and pour your chili concoction all over the top of them, and just have an extremely messy hamburger.

one time at band camp........... just kidding, your free movies only lasted a few hours? I got mine for 3 days, and so the withdrawl was very very bad. I am still in group therapy. One day at a time, yes one day at a time.

Um... maybe strain all the liquid out of the chili, and throw the solids in a blender.

I thought the last season of Curb Your Enthusiasm was MUCH funnier. They seem a little "desperate" this season. Oh, yeah, and I've become an instant self-appointed TV critic.

Hey, UB. Join netflix. We love it! And I love my DVR with the local cable company. I record all the first runs of my favorite shows and have plenty to watch on those pesky re-run nights.

onewetleg is right: you need something to bind it all together. Peruse meatloaf recipes for ideas...

The chiliburger has already been perfected. It is one of those things that cannot possibly be improved upon. You can improve the taste or texture of the chili or the size and moistness of the burger, but the "classic" chiliburger is a thing unto itself.

Everytime I think I'm going to stop reading you, you come up with some other stupid shit to do that makes me stay. I seriously have battered woman syndrome.

I used to work in a fast food place that specialized in chili burgers. Definitely pour the chili over the burger, add some cheese and mustard, and it's fantabulous! They also had a chili bun, which was the hot dog bun with chili, cheese, onions, and mustard without the actual hot dog on it. It was great, cuz hot dogs sort of squick me out.
