Chunk said "Second" ha ha ha. But hey, I was just at a wedding this weekend. No Swedish meatballs. What was up with that? Only some chicken. Do all people at weddings act out "Paradise by the Dashboard Light" when they're drunk? Just wondering.

The idea of the Swedish meatballs over noodles is a great idea....just ditch the dill. That's only good on fish...not on meats.

I was at a wedding this weekend too. There were not swedish meatballs there! In fact I've never eaten a swedish meatball. I have no idea what makes it Swedish. And let's face it, how far can it really deviate from the normal everyday meatball??!!!

Oh Mez, you poor deprived child!! "Swedish" meatballs are better than the Eyetalian kind any day. I'm Norwegian and I love 'em. Family recipe serves them over noodles with a "gravy" made from cream 'o mushroom soup (kinda tacky, but hey, I never said I had any class). UB, I'm sure Andrew loved school today. . .and you owe Susie BIG TIME!!

I remember my boys first day of kindergarten. I cried and cried. He, of course, told me that I could go home now. He was too big to have cry baby mommy around. He is a senior now. *sigh*
