The Prince thing is SPOT on, hah! I also think Young Frankenstein would be great for your Halloween movie. A classic.

Jose (Cuervo?), I'm on the wagon (self imposed) for the entire month of August. I closed an email on August 2nd with, "I need a drink!". I really did read the whole post, but I only want to suggest "The Gates of Hell" as the best Halloween movie. It's on IMDB as "Paura nella citt dei morti viventi" (1980).

that patch of skin on your elbow is likely a fungal infection. some vag. thrush cream or some such will likely clear it up. honest.

We made the mistake of letting our 7 yr old daughter watch Gremlins. We realized our error when the girl is describing how her dad died...stuck in the chimney...that's when she announced that there really isn't a Santa Claus. It took me a week to dig my heart out of my bowels.

*hic* Good drinking game ... almost as good as the German Slapping Game. I second "Young Frankenstein." I just rewatched it, and it still holds up. Unlike "Space Balls." ;)

What about Little Shop of Horrors ... musicals are always family-friendly. RE your "niceness" UB, be more upfront. Nothing worse than passive-aggressive to get shit done, cause it simply DOESN'T WORK. I hate it when people hint at what they want rather than coming out and saying it. If you want to tell people to not miss the deadlines - just say that!

Read some Augusten Burroughs, he's hilarious, and he talks about growing up with a brother with Asberger's.

I find it to be a bit psycho when somebody stares into my eyes throughout a conversation ... and I'm only really sociable about 20% of the time ... guess I have a bit of Aspie about me too then.

Best line ever - "Deadlines are like naked Amish people in a convertible. If you don't pay attention to them when they come up on you, you'll regret it later." Ark....totally agree (well mostly agree) but I would suggest some other anti-fungal cream, like a jock-itch/athlete's foot cream....

About that "anonymous asshole" who grates on your nerves - what if it turned out that HE had Aspergers?

I don't know if you heard, but 'they'(you know, the science guys) recently linked Autism Spectrum Disorders to paternal age. Interesting stuff as before this, paternal age was thought to have no effects.

Solution to the Halloween movie problem ... Halloweentown, Disney channel movie, tame enough for a 3-year-old. Plus, they made three of these things so you can bore the adults for at least 6 hours.
