Don't worry about the Amazon seller. My first time using zMarketplace or whatever that reseller is, I would up getting a guy whose reputation eventually indicated he'd either mail your CD immediately, or he wouldn't do it at all. His original shipping estimate mailed to me was a full month after I paid for the order, but as it turns out, I didn't need to worry about that because he decided not to ship it at all or respond to e-mails from a bunch of Christmas orders he received. (Class-ay!) After 30 days, Amazon has a process so you can get your money back if you paid through Paypal. (Eventually I just asked the artist if he had a copy he could give me, which he did.)

After 30 days, Amazon will refund your money. It's a pretty quick process. Naturally, after I went through the refund process, *then* the seller decided to resurface.

I bought tix for a wonderful concert (sold out so I couldn't get it on ticketbastard.com) from this guy who had wonderful ratings but he went awol and wouldn't respond. Finally I sicked paypal on him and got a refund in like 3 hours. I was starting to worry because I had spent like 300 on these tix...got the money and decided to spend a grand to have box seats. All things have good endings if you make them good!

"Paypal can be a beeotch if you want your money back... they have pimped many people at Ebay aver trying to do returns." So after a couple years of hearing the kids use "pimp" all the time, you decide it's time to give it a try. Aaaand, you fuck it up. Nice.

If you contact Amazon before the 30 day wait, customer service can file a claim for you before 30 days is up. The longest you should have to wait to file a claim is 3 business days past the maximum estimated delivery date, which you can see in Your Account. You can call or e-mail-- the phone number is 800-201-7575. If you want to wait the 30 days, you can file a claim here: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/browse/-/537868/ Most Marketplace orders go really smooth; just be sure to order from reputable merchants with more than a few feedback ratings.

Damn! I got all excited (since I obviously have no life) that there was about 15 new comments since I last checked. I don't know anything about paypal or amazon. Why exactly did I post?.........

UB, you should definitely do the recap. You have wonderful skills when it comes to describing white trash (as was seen in your redneck wedding posts).

If you only clicked once, how did "anymore" change to "any"? Just wondering.
