I bet you'll take your own Diet Cokes next time, hippie! BTW, nothing good ever came out of Haiti...

We love cruises. Before kids, we went on a Caribbean cruise and one through the Panama Canal, and both were a blast. Two summers ago, we went on an Alaskan cruise with our kids, my parents, and my siblings. While not a warm weather cruise, this was my favorite. Last year we went on a cruise around South America with the kids and my parents. Overall, a lot of fun, and going around the Cape was an experience to remember. But, all said and done, those generally cheap Caribbean cruises are hard to beat. Oh, and I agree with the comment on Haiti. I was deployed when I was still an Army surgeon with the UN forces back in 1995. Some beautiful land and generally gracious people, but the poverty is so bad that I can't imagine ever wanting to visit (willingly) again.

Oh, Unckie! I'm so glad you're back! Did the young boy go with you? I want stories! Make 'em up if you have to...

Okay, you won Rock Trivia, but WHAT was the PRIZE?! Quick thinking on "going back to the ship for more money..." - priceless! On your next cruise, check out "TripAdvisor" to pick your islands. Or hell, just ask this bunch! Glad you're back, UB. I know Andrew is thrilled you're home!

Damn, I could have given you a run for your money by putting my kids in that contest. They sure as hell know that Smoke on the Water is by Deep Purple....I am proud to say that I have taught them well. And then I could have been strolling around saying that I was the Queen Mother of Rock Trivia. Damn it all to hell! Oh well, you still rock UB! Glad your back. Now start updating with some great stories - we all know that you must have some after a week of being on the Geriatric Boat!

I went to Cozumel on my (first) honeymoon. After three weeks it can get a bit ...umm..boring, to be honest but then again, taht could have just been the company I was keeping at the time! s x

Grand Caymen can be a bit pricey! While you were in Cozumel, did you at least stop by Carlos and Charlie's? P.S. Gotta love those :)
